I was able to complete the fileing of the taxes. I was confused on some of the entries as they were not explained fully. Need to be able to go to a more complete resource that explains things fully.
easy to use program when you have all the info needed to file.

With Turbo tax you don't need to be a tax expert
They guide you through all the necessary information required to file your tax return

What's great about it: Very easy to use on a mac pro
What's not so great: had to enter information that should have been automatic in 2 or 3 instances

The cost of the program isn't cheap and I think what is charged to then actually Efile isn't justified.
What's great about it: This year appeared easier to find your place and step through corrections.
What's not so great: No view/idea of what the actual tax form looks like
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've used Turbo for over 13 years and would use anything else.
What's great about it: Easy walk throuogh process.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

much more confusing than last years turbo tax

This was a very confusing and difficult return this time from turbo tax. my return did not differ from last year at all. this was not a good product this year

Consistently proven good product every year. Makes tax prep and filing a less stressful event in my life. Love Audit Defense! They have been of great value a couple of years & always provided excellent service when needed. It's Deductible is great too - gives me good info on what my donations are really worth.
What's great about it: Easy to Follow/Easy to Check/Audit Defense!/It's Deductible
What's not so great: Some instructions on special forms is confusing
