Great Product for 17 Years

Have used TurboTax since 1995, and have found it generally very satisfactory. Have not experienced any incorrect functions.
What's great about it: Generally easy to understand & use
What's not so great: Some of the earlier versions were actually easier to navigate
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is my fourth year to use TurboTax and it lets me do my own taxes and saves me accounting fees. No one knows my financial business better than me.
What's great about it: very easy to use for my sole proprietor business
What's not so great: filing married but filing seperately was difficult to fill out and understand why I had to do this part of the return.

This program is unstable , prone to make errors on its own, does not inclde all required forms. Consequently it is difficult to use and does not offer much confidence that it is accurate. I have used TurboTax for at least 20 years but I will look elswhere next year.

Problems deleting 1040X, Amended Return

All was well until the end. Checked "Amend a Form" by mistake; after that could not delete 1040X despite trying all the procedures listed in the Help area. TT was not going to let me file IRS or State electronically. Finally found my own workaround. This problem needs to be fixed.
What's great about it: Convenient to download financial statements
What's not so great: Problems deleting 1040X, amended return

Felt like the program thought I knew a lot more than I did and I was lost a few times. Navigating back into forms was fairly easy though.
What's great about it: You do all the math!
What's not so great: needed more details in step by step
