Clear and concise

The form showing Business income listed 2012 business income here, but did not list 2013 here. 2013 was listed in the 1099-misc instead (?)...probably my error but I could not pinpoint anything that I had input to be any different between the 2 years.
Other than that, everything was very quick and clear.
What's great about it: Gets better and easier every year...in spite of Obama dictates.
What's not so great: Business income and 1099-misc was a little out of sync this year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I simply love it. Maximizes returns and minimizes payments. Doesn't get better than that.
What's great about it: Simple, accurate, complete.

I have used TT for over a decade and will not switch so long as they maintain their high standards and don't try to mess with the program just to re-arrange the chairs.
What's great about it: Everything - it has gotten better and better
What's not so great: None noted thus far

TurboTax 2013: Fantastic!

Overall, I was extremely pleased with how quick and easy it was to use. In addition to things I've already pointed out, I was happily relieved that the pages were not overly "graphicized" (I know, not a real word). Kudos to Intuit and the TurboTax development team. I strayed away once but will never make that mistake again.
What's great about it: Easy to read and understand. Easier to return to a specific page/window. I like the pop-up "relavent form" button..
What's not so great: Made reference to me though it was processing my wife's portion.

Good overall but there was one glitch

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 6 years and really like it overall. It is very easy to navigate and I like that I have full control over the information that is entered on my tax return (as opposed to going to a specialist or a CPA). The only issue I noticed this year was when I tried to make a change to my first-time homebuyers credit repayment. I entered an extra amount to repay but later changed my mind and tried to edit this amount; however there was a minor glitch with the software that would not allow me to make the change. I had to delete that entry and go back a few times in order to make the change. Ultimately, I was able to make the edit, but had to play around with it a little before the proper field came up.
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: One glitch

Makes Tax Time So Easy & Headache Free

I love everything about this program and I always recommend it to everyone. Turbo Tax only gets better each year to make filing my taxes so quick and easy as each year gets more complicated. I am impressed, very satisfied, and a loyal customer!

Tax Assistance to Grandkids

Not a Joy - But As Close To It As Possible

Can only say good things about your product - I do not know how I would complete my return without it.
What's great about it: Have used TurboTax since rev one and has gotten better each year.
What's not so great: Want to be able to snap shot any page and print or save on the spot.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
