good package

good overall package....fix the registration page so the software knows you have done it and the registration page can go away. also why are yoiu holding up my review by asking for a silly nickname that is 4 digits long...most have been taken, ,please don't waste my time with this type of requirement....who approved this?
What's great about it: updates and calculates very well
What's not so great: registrastion page keeps coming up even after I've registered

had a gliche transferring fed info to state info called the help line had it fixed and sent in under an hour. great tech support!
What's great about it: easy and fast
What's not so great: got stuck transferring to state
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for years. Dont know what I would do without it.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Need to make Personal and Business work for business to avoid having to buy Turbotax business too.

Turbo Tax takes away the stress of filing

What's great about it: Easy to use and easy to understanc
What's not so great: You sometimes have to look and read carefully to understand what you want to do

My favorite Tax program - Turbo Tax!

I have been with Turbo Tax since their inception. I have always liked the CDs and download versions - were very easy to use and intuitive and you can always see the forms behind the questions with a click of a button. You can file a couple of family members's taxes, just save under a new name. This year 2 different tax specialists at Turbo Tax were very helpful - life savers!
Last year and again this year, I first tried the online version. What a disappointment! You cannot see any forms until the end. That is very difficult, when you have a couple of different ways you can file and comparison between forms and possible filings is imperative. I always double.triple check my math, Turbo Tax math, Turbo's analysis of my taxes and feasibility of my return. You can't do that with Turbo online. Also online was not as user friendly.
One other item I am disappointed in is the prices going up during the tax season - not good customer service, especially since cost is less elsewhere and retail stores are not rising the cost during tax season. Go figure! Other than that I have always liked Turbo Tax very much.
