Eventho I have a disability it gave me the ability

It was great to be told what documentation was going to be needed for the next steps. The steps were easy to follow all the way through.
What's great about it: Ease of going from onr step to another with helpful hints.
What's not so great: None

Carry over federal information to State return, so nothing, but signature has to be completed. Can there be only one signature?

Good to better

Overall it was a good experience I have used it for at least 7 years now. No audit yet (laugh). Overall I feel they cover all of the bases and keep it straight forward as well. I wish you just make a federal and state package with efile all in one and state it on the cover of the software plainly. I get tired of buying one then another etc.
What's great about it: Good follow through on important areas -
What's not so great: Seems to occasionally miss items or importing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another Easy TurboTax eFiling!

we.ve used TurboiTax and have e-filed for the past 6 years and nothing is simpler, more complete, and fast.
What's great about it: TurboTax is so easy to use and you will never miss a deduction because they give you all the scenarios needed!
What's not so great: NOTHING!

Having the right papers in advance would make things much less time consuming. E.g. carryovers from previous years require printouts of past year's information. Perhaps the first pages after basic information would benefit from a quick Q&A about expected areas that will require specific material. Some obvious hints would be to have all tax information, all doctor/dentist, all hospital, all medical aids (eyeglasses are a separate line number!), all prescription items (see your local pharmacy for a list in January, etc.
What's great about it: Following the directions makes for less of a headache.
What's not so great: The vocabulary is still a problem.

A Great Program

I've used this product for probably 10 years. I usually send it to my accountant to review. Not this year. I'd like to see actual "links to the IRS documents" rather than just a "reference" to the IRS web-site. But, other than that, it is a great and stable product.
What's great about it: Easy to Use, Removes the Intimidation

Overall very good, but I miss some of the video clips available years ago on specific help issues (a lot easier than trying to read multiple time to understand)
What's great about it: walk through feature great
What's not so great: some of the selections are lost each time you go back to update a section, ie auto miles related to business
