Better than ever

I have used TurboTax for at least a decade and have never had any difficulty after submitting my returns. The program seems to get smoother in operation every year. I like the way it walks me through inputting everything that I need. TurboTax turns what would be an extremely difficult and unpleasant task into a quicker and much less difficult task.
What's great about it: Gets better every year; it helps much to import stock data from ETRADE
What's not so great: Wish it had told me it costs to file state return electronically up front

The overall experience was good. I especially appreciated the help I received from tax experts that clarified my filing process.
What's great about it: I needed some clarification and got from an expert

I have a job, rental property, a business, investments and retirement income and Turbo Tax covered everything. very satisfied even though I had to pay this year.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax covered all my bases

Taxes made easy.

I found this program to be concise, direct and easy to understand and perform the various tasks to complete the operations required.
I think it would be helpful to have a list of records up front to begin the process as I learned of areas that I did not know were things that I could deduct.
Overall and excellent program and process.

Generally good, business was a bit difficult to follow.

Love TurboTax!

I've been using TurboTax (formerly MacinTax) for years and years and has found it a valuable tool to get me through so many complicated returns for my family... Schedule Es on 3 properties, Schedule Ks, and several Schedule C's as I own several small businesses. I Love You, Intuit!
What's great about it: Guides me through, Answers my questions
What's not so great: some forms are not available, like a 1041 (Trusts)

Shortens my time doing taxes

I have used Turbotax before it was Turbotax. I have never used a tax preparer. Ttax handles my business and personal income and taxes, my investments, my IRA, my pension, etc. and keeps me organized.
What's great about it: Keeps you working in an orderly manner. Start and stop at will.
What's not so great: Price increased on state tax filing!
