Always get the wrong state

I live in New Hampshire. You always assume my state tax should be New Hampshire. New Hampshire does not have a state income tax. I do need Massachusetts which is where my wife works. Please stop making the assumption that where I live is what I want or need and ASK. It would save us both a lot of time. Still a great product once I get all the pieces. I can do my taxes in a day.
What's great about it: able to get support and sales to fix it each time
What's not so great: It is a pain to have to go through the change each year

Mostly very good except...

Based on comments from other users, the glitch in showing tax free interest and K-1 income has been occurring for some time, but was still not corrected by mid April. Known problems should have been rectified to avoid confusing users.
Otherwise software worked well and IRS forms were clearly completed

What's great about it: Guides were clear, input was clear, download from broker worked
What's not so great: Tax free interest and income from estate K-1 would not show on summaries, even though it did on breakdowns and on 1040

Yeah TurboTax Get our country out of debt!!

Overall I like the TurboTax I have used it for several years and never thought I could do my own taxes before that!
What's great about it: Usually easy to understand questions,
What's not so great: can't choose each category for state return, have to go through whole thing :-( investment part unclear sometimes

Great Job Again

Overall great product, we continue to use! A wee bit confusing for my wife, not so tech savvy, but she was able to complete almost by herself. Great product.
What's great about it: Simple Walk Thru and Comprehensive
What's not so great: Updates were optional and confused my wife

Finds the hidden deductions

I like Turbo Tax. Great improvement in the investment portion for small investors. I did not like the fact that some categories - especially farm. If you click No since I don't own a farm - still has me owning a farm. This is confusing.
What's great about it: Easy to use - just fill in the figures
What's not so great: Some catagories if you click NO- Still adds catagory to your form

I always feel so relieved when I've used Turbo Tax. They check all of my math and look for additional deductions.

Some Nice Features Removed, Tracking Status

Mostly similar to previous year's layout
Issues with not saving Home Business check boxes and had to repeat sequence. If you jumped out of the Wizard, no way to return back to same point. Search engine unable to locate "software License" in Business Deductions
What's great about it: Robust
What's not so great: Status And Tracking Gone, Had to repeat Check Boxes
