Great Product

I have been using for years and feel this is absolutely the best tax preparation product on the market.
What's great about it: Easy to Follow, ensures that I don't miss things, accurate
What's not so great: Can't think of any.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy and Painless Way to Do Taxes

Everything was super easy! Step by step instructions and reminders. Turbo Tax checks everything for you. Great user interface.
The only problem I had was trying to get a PIN to e-file - not sure what happened but it was quite a hassle to I am mailing my return.
But I will definitely use Turbo Tax again! Awesome program.
What's great about it: Very easy to use! Loved the guidance throughout.
What's not so great: e-filing proved to be difficult- mailed it instead.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Completed with difficulty

Although I have used TurboTax before I found it very difficult to use expecially when it came to deleing information about a trust that no longer exists and trying to find out how to enter and take deductions for my SEP IRA and my wife's Sousal SEP. I got contradictory information and finnaly had to override the entries of Turbo Tax and do not know what impact that will have on the IRS.
What's great about it: detailed and thourough to assure I consider every deduction
What's not so great: Difficult to maneuver through program

It was so easy to use. I have used other products in the past and I must admit.....they had me questioning my mental standing!!!!! Turbo Tax has been my best tax experience ever!!!!!!!

Always happy with Turbo Tax because the tool provides helpful guidance when needed but also lets you do your own work.

As usual, Turbo Tax guided me through my tax forms and asked the questions so I could get all info into my taxes. It had also copied the pertinent information from last year's TurboTax program the appropriate numbers so I could see what I needed to be looking for and how things had changed.
Pretty easy to use. Only thing is every time I stopped, instead of asking if I wanted to open a previous file, it just started at the first fill-in-your-information screen.

Excellent Tax Software

I used TurboTax when it first came out many years ago but switched to a competitors software. Returned to TurboTax this year and am amazed how much better it is than the Competition. Will be using it in the future.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: none
