I have used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember. It is easy to use and attempts to follow an "interview" type format. It is a little difficult to go back and review pages from prior entries but all and all a simple dependable program. The Audit Defense purchase helps to put my mind at ease in case of an audit.
What's great about it: Step by Step walk through
What's not so great: Some areas still too technical

I used TurboTax to do my taxes many years ago and now I am back. Thank you!
What's great about it: Easy way to do taxes
What's not so great: Having to pay for state efile
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I love that Turbo Tax will guide me through the sections or allow me to explore on my own. I have a farm, and do not know how I would file my taxes for it without Turbo Tax!

it was good, just hope you all know what you are doing

Too much

This is my last year using turbotax - after paying upcharges for states, efiling and the software itself it is now cheaper to pay a CPA to do it all for me - and that is even easier than turbotax.
What's great about it: clean and easy
What's not so great: costs too much - upcharge for everything

I feel very at ease by doing my taxes via Turbo Tax. I know that when I make errors that the errors will be caught and take me to where I need to fix them.

I have used TurboTax for 6 years and will coninue to use it, as the instructions are very easy to follow.
