As usual, Turbo Tax made my tax experience less confusing and I really like being able to have legal defense. I am always pleasantly surprised at the updates they make each year. Way to go!
What's great about it: Ease of transferring informaiton
What's not so great: Would like more detail and ease of transfer for municipal and school returns
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Way to Go Turbo

I've used this enough years that it's pretty simple for me to enter stuff and breeze through it.
Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: pretty easy
What's not so great: don't like enterring the year for all my contributions. It would be simpler to just add month and day.

Also, allow me to alphabetize lists of institution for interest and get rid of empty row when I look at tables.
What's great about it: Relatively easy to use.
What's not so great: Blew MD State tax this year by not including a way to file for Community Investment Tax Credit.

love turbo tax

I own a small business so doing taxes is a nightmare... turbo tax home and business is so easy and simple to use, and helps me get all my deductions. I've been using turbo tax for the last 8 years and I would never go back to having a tax preparation do them for me. turbo tax cost way less then having them done for me. use turbo tax, you will love it.
What's great about it: so easy to use
What's not so great: dont have any

period it has been a new and better piece of programming
awesomeness. Being a software developer, I have at least
some sense of the amount of work, skill, and design talent
this system required to be built.

I tried to go back several time to correct some of the info that I got wrong but in one or two cases it would not let me do so. Also it was impossible to delete some of the entries that were not correct. When trying to correct them it just added more lines of stuff. Not good.
What's great about it: It had all of the forms I needed
What's not so great: It was almost impossible to go back and do some of the Items over
