one glitch

had to re-install after being unable to transmit because it kept giving me an update error message

Rating Turbo Tax 2013

I love to use this program. I've been using this for the past several years in preparing my own personal taxes, and that of my children. It is very easy to use, and a user friendly too. Two thumbs up...way to go Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: I've been using this for several years now, and I will continue to use it every year.
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Having used Turbo Tax for many years, I remain a fan and user. Overall it is very user friendly and clarifies many of the questions that arise during preparation.

Easy filing

Saves money compare to the most cheapest tax prepare agency.
What's great about it: TurboTax assistant walks you thru every form, explains every step, verifies calculations, find errors!
What's not so great: Takes to much time because you have to read every little detail

user friendly

Turbo tax is user friendly, however I am not getting as expected the full calculated amount. I wish Federal clarifies the mistakes I made.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: i wish turbo tax helps me correct my mistakes hand-in-hand so that in the end I will get my calculated refund as expecte

In general it was easy and did not ask for information using obscure tax accounting terms.
I chose to file my state on Paper since I owed money. I had to be very careful with the PDF in Acrobat to prevent it from being garbled. No other documents could be open.
Forms were printed with their sides split between separate pieces of paper.
What's great about it: Included electric vehicle credit and did not ask for detail on stuff that was never going to be needed.
What's not so great: Printing through PDFs.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

What's not so great: Not easye to return to subcatories. Having to start from the top.

Turbo Tax Tops Totally

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and this is the easiest yet. I highly recommend this as I have a somewhat unusual tax situation but it was covered completely to my absolute satisfaction.
What's great about it: Easiest to follow instructions ever!
What's not so great: None
