What's great about it: Its a great program. I have been using it for years (10+)
What's not so great: Not so far.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I answer questions, enter info I have tallied all year, and file. I wait for Turbo Tax to figure it for me and have used it 4 years now.
What's great about it: I had every question answered on-screen--easy!
What's not so great: I did not have anything I disliked.

I will be sharing your product with as many people as I can. I have always done my own taxes (paper and pencil) and didn't realize how much easier it is with TurboTax. Feel dumb for not doing it earlier. Ugh. Thanks so much. I bought the Business edition and the Home & Business edition. So perfect.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Clear instructions. Hints and advice. Confidence.
What's not so great: None

Good Program

Good program. Simple to follow. Walks you through the difficult world of taxes.
What's great about it: Taxes for dummies (like me). Simple. Detailed. Walks you through the complex tax process.
What's not so great: Not sure if I left a lot on the table. Not intuitive to deduct reasoning and find more deductions like a human.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

After spending many hours trying to resolve my problem, I finally contacted live chat. When I explained my problem, she gave me an incident number and a phone number to call. The man who answered was most helpful and solved my problem. I have used 'Turbo Tax for about 10 years and have never had a problem and will continue to use it ,however if I do have another problem, I will contact live chat sooner.
What's great about it: Solved my problem and I was able to E-file my taxes.

A Little Apprehensive at first; then comfortable.

This is the first time I've used TurboTax and I am now comfortable to use it again every year. And next time, I will try E-file as well.
What's great about it: Very comprehensive questions
What's not so great: Concerned I might owe the state; so purchased the protection.

Deserve a refund from Turbo Tax

We certainly had better experiences in past years and wonder whether we will use Turbo Tax next year. It would be very helpful if we received an apology and some hope for more a reliable product in the future.
What's great about it: Shared answers in 'help' field were good.
What's not so great: Non working updates caused Turbo Tax to not stay loaded. Apple techs gave hours of help resolving issues.
