years of filing with turbo tax very happy

I hae used turabo tax for several years. Very happy with it overall. Bujt improvements can be made:
(1) Make it easier to print copy after completion but before sending out. Use this copy to make sure everything is OK.

(2) Make it more friendly to see the return as you are going along in preparing.
What's great about it: easy tao use
What's not so great: printing is too complicated.

Love Filing Taxes

I've been using TurboTax back when it was MacInTax. It's supper easy to use and I just love it.
What's great about it: the Interview and all the math I don't have to do
What's not so great: wish it had better explanations of some items
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Making changes to my extension payments

Every time I changed the amount I paid on a state extension it would disappear.

That situation was very difficult to work around!
What's great about it: All normal stuff is extremely easy to handle!
What's not so great: As an example, a car that had been used for business had to stop because it became undriveable and was sold.

Easier than I thought.

I will do this again next year. l told a friend that I spent 1,000 hours wringing my hands and about two hours doing the actual work. I was so intimidated by my accountant who told me I couldn't do it, that I worried about it way too much. Next year will be better/easier.
What's great about it: My CPA wrote me a letter telling me my return was too complicated o do myself. I showed him!
What's not so great: Was told IRS does not need ssn's for installment sale payers, only Turbo Tax. That sounds odd.

I'm very unsatisfied. It made everything much more complicated that it should have.
What's great about it: At least I could file
What's not so great: It wouldn't allow me to enter my revenue and deductions the simple wya I had them.

Easy and Gives Confidence

Thanks. Made this soooooo much easier.
What's great about it: Liked the ease of completing and confidence that it was probably right. Also liked they brought forth back years data.
What's not so great: Wanted refund partially applied to estimated tax payment. Had trouble figuring out how to do it.

Great experience, great customer service

I've used Turbo Tax for about 10 years now and I trust it to give me accurate returns every year.
I like how the software walks you through every deduction and explains what line items are. It really takes the guess work out.
Once you get hold of them, customer service is outstanding.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Sales & Service Number Hart to Find
