Amazing! Just Amazing

I loved the ease and clarity of the step-by-step directions. I put off using Turbo Tax because I felt unqualified to do my taxes. I have always paid a professional to file my taxes. Little did I know professionals awaited to "help me" along my tax journey within Turbo Tax. I found myself thinking this is easy and comfortable too. I will certainly share my story with my friends.

i was able to do my taxes quickly, however, i was not instructed to remove the disc from the disc drive for printing, and e-filing my returns, suddenly all my forms disappeared from the screen, i had to make a phone call, turn off my computer. thanks to your very helpful technician, i was able to update the software,restore my forms and e-file my taxes...

I like the way the program leads me step-by-step through the filing process. The easy questions, and complete review of each section, bring to mind everything that needs to be reported. In the end, I have confidence that I have accurately and completely reported my income and expenses.

I found this software to be well worth the investment. The questions asked helped me to go to the correct document. The questions also taught me what I will need for my 2014 return - a good learning experience for a start-up business owner .
