Excellent, but.

TT is as good as ever for 2013. Very easy to enter all information, particularly with automatic import of 2012 TT data. Hints and support are very helpful. Problem with e-filing rejection message (at last on a MAC) at the last step was resolved after some searching with the "have a question" responses by others to simply close TT and empty trash and try again. TT should fix this bug or provide instruction to avoid.
What's great about it: All as advertised--no problems entering all information from standard documents one gets from all sources of income.
What's not so great: Small problem in e filing with Mac --delay and frustration for a while
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Perfect as always

I've been using Turbo Tax for close to 20 years. I am a corporate accountant and I know preparing taxes can be a lot of hassles. Turbo Tax makes it easy to do my taxes right, every time. I feel good knowing I'm getting the biggest refund possible, and it cost me a lot less than having it done by someone at a tax preparation place who I know doesn't have as much experience as I do! For the best, most accurate, and easiest tax filing, it's Turbo Tax all day long!
What's great about it: Everything I need to know is a click away. It's easy, and I know it's correct.
What's not so great: Nothing

Not as simple as stated

Overall, it gets the job done. I do not find the step-by-step to be very useful. Screen after screen of stuff completely irrelevant. If I wasn't a coal miner last year, and I didn't change jobs, why do I have to tell them I'm not a coal miner? If one is well organized, entry can be made fairly easily.
What's great about it: Thorough and easy
What's not so great: slow to navigate, not intuitive

Got the Job Done

Overall, TurboTax is great! Last year there were no problems. This year Form 8891 was included in the final forms & went through some frustrating and time consuming research to find out how to get rid of it.
I'll use TurboTax again next year.
What's great about it: Clear concise directions.
What's not so great: Form 8891 tripped me up. For some reason, it showed up as a form I needed and kept me from filing my return.
