It is frustrating that when I go back to review my return some of the radio buttons that I had selected are no longer highlighted. That means that I have to again read the question and decide on the answer. That is very very frustrating especially for questions that are not simple or intuitive. Please fix this and remember what I entered next year.
I have used TurboTax for about ten years. This year, the printing process changed resulting in opening other programs to print. Initially, my computer was set incorrectly, and a call on 4-6-2014 resulting in many hours of assistance resolved the problem. Alicia and Jody were FABULOUS!!! The phone call dropped when Jody was assisting, but a quick email from her with the incident number allowed me to continue without repeating the entire problem to Alicia, who resolved the issue completely and with great patience. My sincere thanks and compliments to both girls, "give them a raise"..... As for a change in the program, I was lost at first with input of "New Business" as I already own rental property and almost doubled my information until I realized the change. Thank you for your interest in your customers views.
