GLBT+ State Taxes = Big Headache

Turbotax actually gave me my money back due to the limitations of the state program (Oregon) in dealing with my family tax situation. This is the second time they have had to do so. I appreciate that they eventually give me a refund, but I would greatly prefer they fix the issues. Federal stuff works great, and I hope that one day the state will work well, but right now it's an utter migraine to try to do the taxes and then have to deal with customer support for another couple of hours before they finally realize, nope, it's the program, not me that is the issue

I did so much research this year during the tax prep but I really feel like I understand it better. Actually feel better this year than I did last year. That is progress. It is a challenge and a point of pride for me to do this. Your Turbo Tax Program allows me to do this and be reasonably assured of accurate results. Thank you for that.

it's finally done

The walk through guide is helpful in being able to quickly include all of the information on the return without having to figure out how to fill out all of the forms individually. I started a new business last year and although my husband has had his own business for years being able to use home and business Turbo Tax makes filing taxes easier when you have so many forms in your tax return.
