I have used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. Every year there is something that I need help with, and I am not a fan of the community help feature. This year I did not get 1 response to the 2 questions I asked. I did end up finding a way to get help from Turbo tax, and the gentleman that helped me was very nice & patient with me. That was a GOOD THING.

There should be a way to alphabetize the list of donations to charities after, or better yet, while they are being entered. It would make it easier to review them. It would also help in the following years to impute the data if TurboTax was used again.

Some of the questions makes NO sense to me what-so-ever. So I answer them the best I can & hope for the best.
There was a place on the 'error check' that needed an answer other than what I provided, but when I tried to change it, TurboTax wouldn't let me. I had put a '5' in for an answer & it didn't like that, but when it got to that place to change it, it wouldn't let me change the answer.
After e-filing I got a notice that the IRS had rejected it. You said you would walk me through the problem. I have yet figured out how you are going to help, but will keep trying.

Finally Done with Taxes

Why not be able to buy a version of your software that includes more than one state return in the original price?
Sometimes, when entering a number in the error-check or review process, the software won't accept my answer. Maybe some more explanation would help. I don't think I made mistakes.

Turbo Tax is a lifesaver!!!

Working full time and having a business on the side Turbo Tax helps me find all deductions. I love how everything is monitored to make sure I make no mistakes. The audit risk info is also great. I feel very secure that everything has been done properly.

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years or more and I have always been completely satisfied that my taxes were done right. Some times I may not have been sure if something could be deducted and turbo tax took me though every step to make sure if I could deduct it. I would never do my taxes without Turbo Tax.
