Another Tax Filing

As usual, Turbo Tax makes a reoccurring dreaded event much easier than I remember each year. In fact, I believe this year's version is the easiest of all previous years that I have used. Great Job! By the way, I write software for a living, so I understand some of your efforts.
What's great about it: Very easy navigation, simple interview questions
What's not so great: Appliation checked for updates after I was done

I am a long-time user of TurboTax which gets easier every year. I have no problems with this program as it covers everything I need to do in a very user friendly, concise manner.
What's great about it: User friendly.

This was my first year using Turbo Tax. We used a professional in years past. I found Turbo Tax easy to use. I will definitely use it next year

Good, but could be better

The questions TurboTax asks to guide you through basic entering of tax form information are very helpful and user friendly. However, it took me several tries to duplicate the types of business expenses and itemized deductions I've used in the past. I tried to follow along with a previous return from a tax prep service, but I wasn't sure where the information I entered into TurboTax would show up on my return until the very end of the process. It would be very useful to have a feature (such as a window on the right) that shows the tax form and line you're working on
What's great about it: Guides you through payments and deductions
What's not so great: Difficult to compare to previous returns

I have been using TurboTax for years. It is easy to use even with schedule C businesses.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and get answers for tricky spots
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always the Best

Love using TurboTax. Have been using it since the 90's so how can one go wrong! It is great and easy to use. Walking through the steps can't be any easier. I did used to like listening to the videos while preparing my taxes. Do miss that as they explained the categories very well. The text is still good, but do miss some of the personal touch.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: Still charge for State Filing

Have used for several years now, overall well pleased, I do recommend your product and have convinced other people that they could do theyre on taxes with your product.
What's great about it: simple to use, fill in the blanks.
What's not so great: help search fell short a time or two.
