Overall a good product. But multistate returns require constant double checking to ensure you are on the correct state. E-filing muli-state returns is interesting too.
What's great about it: Ease of use, searching questions easy
What's not so great: If you have a multi state return, it gets goofy. Work on one state, all of the sudden it toggles back to the other state

I have used turbo tax for the past few years. It is consistently good for covering all possible deductions.
What's great about it: Asks detailed questions in layman terms
What's not so great: a few questions were confusing but help center is good

2013 Tax Complete

After I compiled my info into categories, I was able to transfer it to Turbo Tax with ease.....

Mac desktop version is not very good

web version seems better but i prefer having a local copy to work on. i hope intuit gives the mac version some love in the coming year to make flows better, make the split-screen forms better, and make the re-entry into already completed sections better - i dont like that i have to keep clicking on "i'll decide what to fill out" when i'm just revisiting something i've already filled out. Also, minor nit - the "next" and "back" buttons in the mac version keep jumping all over the screen and it makes it tougher to use.
What's great about it: turbo tax is helpful in tax prep
What's not so great: the mac version of the software feels unloved

I don't know why but each time I use TT there's SOMETHING that goes wrong! All were minor before but this one really irritated me this year. I use TT because I can e-file but I kept getting a "Cannot not file due to update needed" or something of that nature. So I updated...still got that same message. Now I'm printing and mailing it off.
What's great about it: one stop shop
What's not so great: can't e-file

Thank you Turbo Tax. You guys think of everything! Now you just got to get on that Business version for MAC users.
Happy with everything else! It's amazing how easy you make doing taxes.

What's not so great: Business Version for C- Corporation and LLC's not available for MAC, YET
