Large Refund

I found TurboTax to be easy to use. I use the guide for everything. Turbo identifies things that I might have forgotten.

Needs Work Now

I use TurboTax (TT) because I don't understand all the questions on the forms. I like that TT askes me in simple questions & I can answer appropriately & let TT do the forms for me.
This year, after the "Check for errors" I was taken directly to the forms (specifically Schedule C, line 32) & was supposed to answer questions directly on the forms. I didn't understand the questions, and the 'instructions' part was unavailable to me for assistance. It was really confusing.
A couple times in the past I've had this issue, & it would be really nice if Intuit fixed this part of it. Perhaps it could have walked me through some questions that could have figured it out for me.

When you've finished entering your tax information for your business and do the review, there are numerous boxes that come up that you've already answered during the preparation. Don't know why this information isn't populated into the correct boxes when you do it the first time. It's very annoying to say the least!

we need a friendly joint state return

I have a state tax credit that i lose if I don't file my state refund together with my partner. But, it is really confusing because I have to reenter all of my info again and use her return as the primary return. lots of room for errors and confusion. I already entered my info. Can't you populate our state return with the info we already entered? I do appreciate that there is a rdp option at all. thank you for that.
