Doing a business had the following problems
1. Had only one vehicle and used for business and personal.
a. Was involved in accident, not my fault and insurance paid
partial for replacement . Had used first car for seven
months then purchased another car and used for rest of the year. Spent hours to get info entered.
What's great about it: Covered most areas
What's not so great: Need to be able to talk to someone if I had questions

product review could be more accurate and informative if there was a box on each screen where user could enter notes for later review. After going through the process, it is difficult to remember specific pros/cons.
When using Step-by-step, I click an edit button which brings up detail screen. That is fine. However, when done with the detail screen and returning to the long step-by-step, I must scroll down to find where I left off. The product should do that for me.
What's great about it: Takes info from prior year, fairly simple
What's not so great: difficult to find step-by-step item when returning

Thorough software can still use many upgrades, imp

I have used Turbotax for over 6 years. I am satisfied for the most part. Yet, there are times when I needed to go back and re-take all the original steps as to when I first typed the information. This software does not allow me to do so, it sends me back to the "revisit" or "edit" list. I suggest you add to the program so that it gives the user the CHOICE to re-input everything all over without taking SHORTCUTS (very frustrating)
What's great about it: Seems to cover all possible tax scenarios
What's not so great: Does not allow user to fully go over certain items when needed

Several times I clicked NO to owning a farm since I don't own a farm. Because I clicked NO it still had me owning a farm just not claiming the farm. I had to delete the whole form and start from scratch. What I should have done was just click continue. This is very confusing and frustrating.
What's great about it: The investment portion has been greatly improved 5 Stars Here
What's not so great: Some catagories if you click NO Still adds it to your forms
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Couldn't file without it.

I had to verify online with a search before I purchased that Schedule F was, indeed, included in this year's program. A little bit frustrating because I have been using TurboTax for years and really appreciate how thorough they have always been with my farm forms - depreciation included. Keep Schedule F and it's accompanying forms!! My only other complaint is that I used to get the full farm tax coverage in the Premier edition, but now I have to pay extra for the Home & Business edition. Also, some of the farm info from the previous year did not show correctly on the program. This feature is mainly to compare this year to last year, so it does not affect my return, but still, I had to go back to last year to make sure that I had filed correctly! Kind of scary for a few seconds!
What's great about it: Like the walk-through feature
What's not so great: Schedule F - getting lost in the shuffle?
