Very simple to fill in required information, allows returning to any section to make additions or deletions, but my all time favorite is if you use Quicken, Turbo Tax will search for the information.
Great product.
What's great about it: Well organized, easy to use, interacts well with Quicken
What's not so great: --
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good with a couple of hitches

Double counted my dividend income, and would not walk me through indirect expenses for my home office deduction - had to correct these myself. All else went very smoothly & I have a fairly complex return. Would be nice to have it fill in casino information on W2-G's

This is what I call, "short and sweet". Thank you for making my tax experience enjoyable.

There is no way without Turbo Tax that I could ever do my own taxes - the IRS instructions are impossible for me to understand. I am so glad that I tried Turbo Tax seven years ago as it has allowed me to manage my own tax returns with confidence that they are complete and accurate.
What's great about it: Can do your own taxes with confidence that they are done correctly.

I am a repeat customer. Many years!
I like the process and the comfort of Turbo Tax having done the leg work. I prefer doing my own tax because it provides a valid review of my tax year. The Turbo Tax process helps kake it orderly and complete.
What's great about it: The process works well
What's not so great: it is difficult to get to a particular form
