Took me a long time, but worth it

TurboTax is easy. This took me a long time to finish, but that was due strictly to my procrastination. I will have a refund as well. I'm glad I'm done for this year.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: I didn't have all the right forms

I called the help line and was transferred to a CPA named Mike, he helped me with my problem. It was great to talk to a live person.

I've used turbo tax since 2001, it is easy to use, I like turbo tax very much and will continue to use turbo tax for all my future income tax returns. Turbo tax is recommended.
What's great about it: Good guide, easy to use..
What's not so great: Where is manual?

Makes Taxes seems easy!

While I can do my taxes without Turbo Tax, why would anyone? All the calculations and rules in one place. It has sped up the process of 'getting my taxes done' dramatically.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, short topic grouping

The only place I can see where improvement is needed is the the ease of accessing "MyTurboTax" before I begin. Getting into TurboTax at the beginning of login often is a real pain in the neck.
What's great about it: the ease of doing my own taxes.
What's not so great: initial login can be very difficult.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Features but Some Bugs

1. When switching from Forms to Easy Step, cannot always get back to original Easy Step place.
2. TTax did not ask if I already paid some of this years Federal Est Tax, which I had paid since I am on a Federal Extension. (It did ask for State). I have to compute this year's Federal Est Tax manually.
3. Just before E-filing - TTax came up with error msg: "Revocation Info Certificate..." which would not go away and threatened completion of taxes. Was not easy to finally work around.

What's great about it: Complete. Handles all situations. Updates all forms automatically
What's not so great: Switiching between Forms and Easy Step not robust; Federal Est Taxes problem; Revocation Cert. Error
