Taxes Are Easy To Do

Turbo Tax is great. So easy to use. Asks all the questions so that you can get the most deductions. Makes sure and double sure that you have answered everything.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax asks all the questions and checks many times to make sure you answer everything and get all the deductions.

Quick Filing

Your tax processing was great with excellent advantages including speed and accuracy. The online help was excellent and stayed with me until my issues were resolved.
I did not see all the deductions provided last year by my CPA. I thought I would have found the same or similar info that was processed by my CPA it just was not there. I would like to see the state tax for business added to the return. Reason is we have to provide a business tax return that mirror's the federal although I live in Texas. I would not recommend it to friends with a business because of the State not being available to those with home businesses.

Love Turbo Tax...Hate Taxes

I really like the way Turbo Tax walks you through the entire process. Love the feature that transfers all the information from the previous year's returns. Makes it so much easier. I didn't have to worry about whether I had left anything out. I use the Home and Business, since I have a business, and work from home, and the program is inclusive of everything I need. Although I had to pay :(( this year, I will use Turbo Tax again next year, as I have done for the last 12 years. Thanks Turbo Tax for making it a tolerable chore!! See ya next year!

What's not so great: No printable checklist of all the things you will need to gather before starting.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Make tax filing easier by organizing and gathering information in walk through manner.

I'm sold on this product. I used it to file my federal and two state returns. I should have taken the leap sooner!
What's great about it: Saved me over $1000 in tax preparation fees; walked me through all aspects of personal and business tax filing
What's not so great: Sometimes it's not obvious on how to make changes to your input
