Great Product

For the most part it was Great once again. I just had some vehicle situations that could have been smoother such as an accident with my Business/personal vehicle.
What's great about it: Quick, Easy and Complete
What's not so great: Need to straighten out different vehicle situations like Total loss
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Tax form

I was unemployed for 2013 and therefore had zero income and exspenses to file. As a result , Turbo Tax did not print out a 1040 Tax return as it did for 2012. I will have to prepare one separately.
What's not so great: i did'n get a printout of my 1040

TurboTax makes it very easy to switch to standard forms then back to assisted input. TurboTax help provides concise information that typically answers most questions and also provides a link for more complete data. Last but not least the program seems to approve every year.
What's great about it: Simple, concise user interface
What's not so great: Makes an extremely complex process seem a bit too simple

Complex return

Great product for simple returns including brokerage transactions, Download feature for major brokerages is a great time saver. Also like download feature with It's Deductible - great way to track charitable deductions. Handled new mortgage interest and points for new home purchase.
What's great about it: Very thorough interview
What's not so great: Some difficulty understanding 1099 Misc with Schedule E

Tax Return 13 First Time

Firt time using Turbo. There was an issue with the Review Process. One error was found- it involved the School Code that I somehow missed when entering personal data. The program would not allow me to access the reference to pull up the code. I had to go on the Internet and find the code. Other than that issue- I will use Turbo each year. You do need to add an additional life changing event below- Marital Status. Turbo Tax Rocks- thanx

Crash and crash again

The software was broken this year. When an update was required, the install crashed, required uninstall, re-install, and then update again, and it crashed with fatal install errors 4 complete times.
What's great about it: Calculations and refund were fine...
What's not so great: Software glitches galore...
