Frustration Unnecessary

Many days of frustration and inability to obtain guidance from help center to assist or further override.
A. J. at the Help Center was very helpful this evening and was the only one who even made contact with me to assist. He is a very professional, customer service asset to Turbo Tax/Intuit.
I am a long time customer of Intuit but after this year, I can not recommend the Turbo Tax program to anyone unless something is done to provide solutions.
What's great about it: Very good program; easy to use; professionally supported
What's not so great: Need to add in the filing area--MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IN SOME CASES YOU MUST FILE FEDERAL AND STATE AT SAME TIME
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Nice and easy to use!

Good program to use, especially for the simple tax returns. May be a little more complicated if you have a business. But a lot easier than going to an accountant.
What's great about it: I really like the way it walks you through the questions in simple, easy to understand questions.
What's not so great: If there is an error, the program doesn't clearly explain what to do. Sometimes it is a mystery and can be frustrating.

A longtime fan

I would like to not have to scroll down to get to the next section when stepping through the list of several steps. Can the screen automatically scroll so the continue button is displayed.
What's great about it: Excellent format and presentation
What's not so great: At the end of each section when going to next step, You have to scroll down to get to the continue button

Make sure you have all of your papers together. If you forget something you can save and return at a later time! Very user friendly!
What's great about it: So easy to use! My teen can navigate through.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy to do personal & business.
Wish the list of last year's charitable deductions was alphabetized to make it easier to enter this year's info.

Turbo Tax give me the online security of filing my return each year. It ask all the questions and I am comfortable answering them knowing they are very professionally done. Thanks..

It's all I've ever used, 'cause it works

I've used TurboTax for years, but only recently for a small business. I really appreciate the comparisons to last year and imported data - saves time. TT found an item or two that I didn't know about, and saved me a bit of $$. The business section was a bit confusing to navigate at first - how to enter some expenses, but a little FAQ study helped a lot.
What's great about it: Imports last year's data, offers examples and suggestions, keeps running totals of refunds
What's not so great: business section sometimes seems to hide the place to make entries - you have to look a bit
