Taxes Are Easy To Do

Turbo Tax is great. So easy to use. Asks all the questions so that you can get the most deductions. Makes sure and double sure that you have answered everything.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax asks all the questions and checks many times to make sure you answer everything and get all the deductions.

So easy anyone can use it and I tell everyone how easy it is todo your own taxes with Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Liked how easy it was
What's not so great: didn' t like finishing up and efiling, wanted to keep going
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have done my own taxes for 40 years. I have to go to the form itself sometimes to figure out what you are asking. This year it was the information related to the 8606. I wanted to review my taxes on paper before e-filing my federal. Not as easy as it should be to print copies for review, efile the federal then print another copy of the state for submission.

FAST AND EASY

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX 20 YEARS AND I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS A 5 STAR + RATE IF IT WASN'T FOR THE UPDATE PROBLEMS I HAD TO TRY UP DATE 10 TIMES TO GET IT DONE A LITTLE BIT AT A TIME. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF YOU WOULD HAVE PUT A FOOT NOTE TELLING OF THIS PROBLEM.
What's great about it: EASY STEP AND THE EXPORT OF INVESTMENTS
What's not so great: UPDATE THE REURN WAS TERRIBLE. HAD TO ASK 10 TIMES

Great software

TurboTax Home & Business is the complete solution that covers all aspects of the preparing your return. It even finds some very obscure situations that most people would not think of. Excellent software.
What's great about it: TurboTax Home & Business is a complete package.
What's not so great: Had had to guess where to find Section 1202 this year. Help was wrong.

Quick and Easy

Good product - just would like to see the repeat user price fall by 30%
What's great about it: Very stable but a little pricy
What's not so great: Printing was to PDF and then directed paper printing from there
