Endlessly trying to update program Stayed with r17 March 18 version Restarted program Restarted computer Keep updating program Update ran fine and said up to date but pull down menu check for updates would again say update available and since program not up to date it wouldn't e file return Wasted an hour
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Wouldn't update, so wouldn't e file kept saying mail them in

Easiest thing to do

To think I almost paid someone to do my taxes this year! I have a home based business, a full time job and filed jointly with my wife. It was still easy to do. Its amazing how easy doing your own taxes has gotten because of this software. 10 years in a row now and cant see myself doing it any other way. So happy this exists!
What's great about it: Easy, yet feature full
What's not so great: Cant think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Next year I'll probably have a few more deductions to record, this year my totals didn't give me anymore refund so I took standard deductions. It's nice that Turbo Tax will do all of the calculations for you making it so painless to file.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and answer all appropriate questions making the daunting task of filing returns a no-brainer.
What's not so great: No cons here!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love turbo tax. Ive been using it for 23 years. It has come a long ways over the years. I do feel that you could combine some of your questions so that it doesn't take so long to get through them.
What's great about it: step by step is very thorough
What's not so great: why cant you combine more of the questions?

My experience with Turbo Tax

At first I hesitated, because of the price, however, I now know it was worth every penny of it! It imported much of the data from last year and gave many hints and ques to help me along!
What's great about it: Fast, Easy, Competent
