Good but could improve

In general, I really like the software and it makes filing easy. However there is one issue I'd like to see addressed, relative to printing a copy of your return. Typically, this is a combination of duplex and simplex pages and if you want to achieve this, its purely manual. Another issue I had for the first time this year, was I attempted to electronically file my return which included a dependent and I also files a return for the dependent. As a result , my return was rejected. Seems like the issue with common SSNs should have been highlighted before I spent the money to file my state, which was also rejected.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: Printing Tax Forms is a Pain, Combination of Duplex and Simplex pages

Turbotax could not complete my return

I could not efile because of an error that you were unable to answer or resolve.
"Schedule C (Financial Advice): Total W2 Statutory Inc cannot be reported on the same Schedule C as other business income. Either remove any amount entered for statutory employee income or unlink the W-2 worksheet from this copy of Schedule C and link it to a different Schedule C."
I am very disappointed and probably will not use the service next year.

I THOUGHT IT WAS A GREAT WAY TO DO OUR TAXES AND SEE IF WE COULD DO THEM OUR SELVES. LOVED THE SIMPLE CLICK YES AND NO OPTIONS FOR MOST QUESTIONS.

Turbotax Time

Over all I enjoyed doing my taxes with TurboTax. For the past 8 years I had a professional CPA do my taxes, but this time I decided to do them myself. I use Turbo Tax years ago and did not realize how things have changed and become much more complex. I don't think I would have completed this year's taxes without TurboTax. With it I was able to make it through the maze in one piece.
What's great about it: Very thorough and user friendly
What's not so great: had to hunt for some of the uncommon options

First Home and Business Return

It took me several weeks to gather the information and just three hours to enter all of the information for filing. The linking from form to form was a real time saver for me. I have been a personal taxes Intuit filer for years and adding my new LLC to my filing was a breeze. I would highly recommend the Home and Officer version.
What's great about it: Very comprehensive in linking business LLC with personal filing

Disappointed in Turbo Tax

Next year I will probably look at another Tax Return software package. I have used this for 10 years and I am very disappointed in the amount I have to spend to use the Turbo Tax software
What's great about it: I like to do my own taxes and this gives me the ability to do so
What's not so great: Turbo Tax Home & Business is misleading in E-Filing State Returns for free
