Enjoyed using your product, should have been informed about efile processing fee before BAM here it is.
What's great about it: Easy to maneuver
What's not so great: Charge at the end a little steep, No warning about efile charge

PERFECT FOR THE BUSINESS, PERSONAL, AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES - FOR EXAMPLE AMENDING A TAX RETURN! TURBO TAX HAS ONCE AGAIN SCORED BIG! THANKS!
What's great about it: IMPORTING W-2, ALREADY KNEW THE ANSWER TO A QUESTION, PERFECT
What's not so great: SINCE 1994 IVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX AND THERE IS NO CONS!

If TT would automatically process the Earned Income Credit it would be perfect. having to go back in and do this is forgetful. At this time you have to apply for the credit i think it should be incorporated into the program, if once u type in your dependents it automatically gave u the EIC it would be great.

Have used Turbo Tax for many years as a small business owner and love it every year. It makes tax time a breeze.

I have used turbo tax over 10 years, while I understand the demand for ease of user interface. I can not help but think that some critical calculation went for the ease of access.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax gets more user friendly each year

User Friendly no matter what age

I have been using Turbo for over 10 years and I have experience its growth. It has gotten better every year and I intend to use it for many more God Willing you see I am 75 years young.
