Have done turbo tax for about the last 10+ years, I had more difficulty this time as the program seemed to cough at times and it kept taking me back 1 or 2 steps and I repeated things many times. I could not figure out why.
What's not so great: Somtimes terms are not familiar to me. A glossary might be helpful.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

You need to include partnerships in your Home and Business edition. It would be easy to add a 1065 return form to the list provided. Also, why don't you provide the PR-1 form for the State of Montana?

Thanks, Turbo Tax! Loved that you caught my errors and helped me fix them, and organized everything from donations to business expenses, and brought everything over from last year too. A customer since 2004- and still happy.
What's great about it: easy and fast
What's not so great: taxes are still confusing, but this is as easy as it gets!

Time saving, mind blowing software!

In the comfort of your home, you do your taxes. You can pause, take a break, look for that paper, check again and calmly do your taxes. It's almost like playing a game. And I won!

Adequate

When I loaded by NM return, TurboTax then crashed and could not be recovered. Fortunately I also have a PC that I managed to salvage my work. Tried to call and was on hold for over an hour before giving up. Tried numerous reloads. Definitely a TT issue.

Add the option to be able to transfer past year information from a PDF format.
