We have three home business and two full time jobs. We have used Turbo Tax for a couple years and find it very informative and thorough.
What's great about it: Easy to use, self guide walks through easily
What's not so great: Detailed Tax Questions are not easy to understand and may take some additional research
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Step-by-step makes it simple
What's not so great: It was a liitle confusing to get to the schedule E

What's great about it: Transfer from previous year is great. Tax calculations are reliable. Easy to understand language and terminology.
What's not so great: Sometimes questions are unnecesary if previous answers are considered.

have no printer co cannot print out forms for MD as required. No way to enter new credit card number.

Longer and less accurate than previous year

This year's tax experience was more difficult than last year.
Some bugs, no easy way to end a leased car, having to write down or remember some numbers - all these issues made the experience longer and harder.
