What's great about it: Transfer from previous year is great. Tax calculations are reliable. Easy to understand language and terminology.
What's not so great: Sometimes questions are unnecesary if previous answers are considered.

have no printer co cannot print out forms for MD as required. No way to enter new credit card number.

Longer and less accurate than previous year

This year's tax experience was more difficult than last year.
Some bugs, no easy way to end a leased car, having to write down or remember some numbers - all these issues made the experience longer and harder.

I have tried your competition...Tax A__. Not even in the ball park.
I love the ability to move from the interview to a tax form! I do not have any bookkeeping experience but your program is easy enough for me to do. Thanks for a great product.

What's great about it: Intuitive Interview process and excellent review for accuracy.
What's not so great: None that I can think of.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
