have no printer co cannot print out forms for MD as required. No way to enter new credit card number.
What's great about it: got it done
What's not so great: not real friendly experience

Longer and less accurate than previous year

This year's tax experience was more difficult than last year.
Some bugs, no easy way to end a leased car, having to write down or remember some numbers - all these issues made the experience longer and harder.

Terrific Turbo Tax

I have tried your competition...Tax A__. Not even in the ball park.
I love the ability to move from the interview to a tax form! I do not have any bookkeeping experience but your program is easy enough for me to do. Thanks for a great product.

What's great about it: Intuitive Interview process and excellent review for accuracy.
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

Buggy turbotax

turbotax for MAC seemed buggy this year. The EasyStep interview would sometimes forget where it was and restart on a previously completed topic. When I efiled, it found required updates missing, even though it updated just minutes earlier when I started for the purpose of filing. Every time I manually checked for updates, it would find updates and download them, even though the product was up to date.

Incredibly Easy

This is the first year that I have used Turbo Tax to file my tax returns. I've relied on a CPA to do my taxes each year. As my income grew, so did his fees. My sister-in-law convinced me to give it a try this year. Even though I bought a house using distributions from multiple mutual funds and IRAs, moved to a new state mid-year, and had to report interest income on a Class Action lawsuit, questions asked in Turbo Tax made the process easy to understand and took the anxiety away.
Thank you Turbo Tax! You have a customer for life!
What's great about it: Complex Tax Jargon Translated into Simple Questions!!
What's not so great: Lengthy Process, But Easier Than The Alternative
