THERE ARE AREAS IN THE PROGRAM THAT MAKES ME RETURN TO PRIOR YEARS RETURN THAT SHOULD ALREADY BE IMPORTED AND ADDED UP FOR ME.
What's great about it: STEP BY STEP IS WELL LIKED

Turned a possible horror into happiness....

I would definitely advise anyone to start first with Turbo Tax Software before using all the others! From the beginning of my project to complete a possible horror story of completing a few years of Home & Business, every Customer Service Representative has been delightful, helpful, professional, quick to respond to my needs and did not even have to wait in queue. I definitely got off on the good foot. This made me feel more confident about proceeding with Turbo Tax. Using the software made so many issue disappear with ease. I compliment Turbo Tax and thank you and all your representative for all that you do!
What's great about it: The ease of using Turbo Taxes Software, timing issues erased and Customer Service was awesome!!!
What's not so great: I never developed a con using Turbo Tax Software
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Stress Reliever

Maneuvering through the sections was a breeze. Easier because I had compiled info prior to engaging Turbo Tax. But even if I hadn't the guidance was clear as to what each section covered. Liked the review process to let you know what you might have missed. Was quite anxious and stressed about the overall process to complete a timely filing. Greatfully, the process relieved some of that. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy to follow. Very thorough. Like working with a live pro!!

Was confident that any mistakes that I made, Turbo Tax would take over and guide me to the next section and even explained it. I'll do it again next year. I no longer use my tax preparer due to the fact that she became incompetent.
What's great about it: No rush and took my time
What's not so great: Savings bond section
