Taxes made Easy

many changes I'd never dealt with last year, unemployment, selling stocks, death of a parent and estate issues--turbo tax asked all the right questions and gave me confidence my return was spot on! Many Thanks!
What's great about it: asked all the right questions

What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Getting to the forms for review and printing is a bit confusing

Some things to improve

I've been using Turbo Tax now for about 10 years and I will continue to use it. I find it to be very user friendly and complete. Here are just two areas that need improvement:
I started the Education Credit part of Turbo Tax and then had to leave it before completing. When I went back to complete I found that I could not get the program to allow me to change my input / start over on the 1098-T input. After researching comments in this regard, I found that many others had the same problem. The only way to correct the situation was to delete my son in the first step and start over. This needs to be fixed - very frustrating. Second, Trusts are very common now days, it would be nice if my Home and Business version included form 1041 and Schedule D 1041.
What's great about it: Interview process is thorough and easy to understand.
What's not so great: 1098-T and no 1041 for Trusts

I will purchase TurboTax again next year as I have for many years previously. I really like the questions and the integrated compilations. Much cheaper and more "fun" than paying an accountant.
What's great about it: I love TurboTax. Have used it every year since I bought TurboTax for DOS and printed on tractor drive dot matrix printer
What's not so great: Almost impossible to talk with tech support person, and right now I can't figure out how to print return.

Extremely EASY!

This is great when you know how you want to work on your return. A bit clunky when you know what you need to input but can't find easily. Otherwise, great software. Have been using it for years.
What's great about it: Easy to follow my way.
What's not so great: Too many screens and not enough shortcuts.

Hooray for White Glove Service

Turbotax has set a new standard for customer service in 2013. I spoke to three different representatives, including a CPA. Each one was phenomenal. They were able to resolve my issues swiftly and with great ease, despite my unusual circumstances. Great personalities, complete knowledge and the freedom and authority to make important, on-the-spot decisions. Maybe Intuit should be training all of America's customer relations teams. Thank a million.
What's great about it: Remarkable customer service leads the industry

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10years. The software always works well with no problems or crashes.
Turbo Tas is very easy to use and walks you through the whole process. I have to file schedule C so it is a big help. I would recommend this software to anyone who wants to e-file.
