I have used TurboTax for years. It is extremely easy to use and guaranteed to be accurate. I like the step-by-step just in case there might be an item that I overlooked. Would highly recommend to anyone.

just what I needed

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and it just gets better. Ideal for someone with either limited time or limited attention span as it easily starts and stops and remembers where I left off. Makes tax time "fun".Thank you!
What's great about it: easy start & stop
What's not so great: not always as intuitive as I would like.

Every year I love it more. TT walks me through each step. It gets easier each year.
What's great about it: helps me with rental, small business, and personal

Overall OK, but a little annoying with the sales pitches in the middle of what you are trying to do.
What's great about it: Moved right along from screen to screen
What's not so great: Difficult when you change your mind

Great Product

This is my 5th year using Turbo Tax. I've have several changes in status but Turbo Tax walked me through every one with a minimum of fuss and effort. Thanks for a great product!

Good Buy

This service is worth its expense. I have used them for 4 years and it will take all my activity from last year and apply it to this year. It directs you by asking questions. I have several businesses which require Auto expense. It was difficult parsing out the information needed for each business. We also had a death and wanted to give clothing and household items that belonged to grandaddy. There was no way to do this because the equipment did not allow you to say 1/3 of the value belonged to each person. You had to fill in the blanks even though the Accountant had done that for one of the Children.
What's great about it: 1) When I had a professional do my taxes he was using a computer program
What's not so great: The step by step concept is sometimes confusing
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I had a hard time accessing some of the forms. For example I could not access 2012 numbers in detail. Just summary. Otherwise I have always enjoyed using Turbo Tax and will use it again next year.
What's great about it: Very easy to use

Continued Satisfaction

I continue to use Home & Business Software and look like a Pro. I also get comfort with Audit Protection(which I purchased separately). I feel that filing was relatively easy, considering I'm not an accountant.
What's great about it: Menu Driven
What's not so great: Occasional circling answers
