Easy to use

Love turbo tax - very helpful tool to get our taxes filed quickly and easily.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and helpful hints to get it done right
What's not so great: don't like adding charity addresses in a separate step

This is my third year of using turbo tax instead of an accountant. Turbo Tax has saved me a lot of money and has given me insight on how taxes work.
What's great about it: That it is easy to do
What's not so great: being charged to file state tax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using this program for 21 years now and it is so so simple to use even with the business that I have... it REALLY does every thing!!! I WILL CONTINUE TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT!!!

I was disappointed when I would try to get an answer as I didn't always understand. It wasn't as simple as you advertisements say; however, I felt that for the most part it was easy to do.
What's great about it: Mostly easy to follow
What's not so great: helps didn't make a lot of sense to me

I have used Turbo Tax since 1994. I have pretty complicated returns but am able to do them myself.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes had trouble entering into forms when I wanted to bypass Step by Step
Pros: I bought or sold investments
