It was OK, but what is with the Mac scroll bar?

Fix scrollbar! I have to resize screen to use it! It was a pain to have to literally resize the screen every time I wanted to get to the bottom of the screen. This occurred on every page...even this one! Someone failed to do basic user acceptance testing on that one.
What's great about it: Straightforward and intuitive
What's not so great: Scrollbar on Macintosh

the process to input the information was ok

Every time I tried to print the return, it did not print it in English. It is impossible to review a printed copy before submitting the filing because the software does not print the info in English. When I paid for the software I expected to be able to print and read the information. It is npot fair that you do not allow the printing in the needed language. Fix that for next year.
What's great about it: it was easy to follow the steps
What's not so great: printing the return to review it could not be done

Great Software for Business and Personal Tax

I ahve been using TurboTax for 2 years now. I fill the taxes for my business and myself and it is very easy with the Turbotax. I save over $700 by doing the taxes with turbotax compare to CPA's!
What's great about it: easy to use, self-explanatory, gets you big refund!

I noticed that I wasn't asked to report my rental income until I revisited that section and then reported it. I would have like for that information to have been asked initially.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it is very simple to use. Complexities are minimized and it is reasonably priced
What's great about it: The software is easy to use and guides you through the process.

I had issues with the online and your customer service was awesome! Got me up and running in record time.
What's great about it: Step by step gets it done.
What's not so great: New menuing is hard to navigate and there was no option to revert to the classic mode.

Starting in 2012 I let TTax do what I had paid an account for, and it did a great job.
