Another Great Experience!

After many years as a TurboTax adherent, I continue to be amazed at the capabilities and completeness of the system, as well as the speed. We have several things that make our return "less than simple", and TurboTax handles them very well. At some point, I may even be convinced to pull my information into my TurboTax from Quicken!

We own 2 small business and have investments. Turbo Tax is so easy to use and so much cheaper than paying someone!!!

Excellent program

2 things that I would change- Schedule C- there is no way to indicate that you are no longer in that business and filing a final return. No way to delete a motor vehicle froom owner's tax section. Otherwise, I've been using Turbo Tax for about 8 years now and have not had any problems

I have a small business, and also had several stock and investment transactions. TurboTax just walks me through the entire process. I could never file on my own without this program.
What's great about it: For a small business owner, this program is incredible.

Has some bugs

Twice now TTax has not been able to transmit my taxes because it said I needed to download updates, even though it checked and downloaded updates when I started the session. I download and install the updates, and still get the same transmission error. I have to quit TTax, then go back in before it will transmit the returns.
Also in the Foreign Tax Credit, it wants me to enter an explanation for something. I didn't do the computations, TTAx did, so it's very hard for me to write the explanation. Also it included itemized deductions that were definitely related to income on a line where it specifically states the deductions should not be related to income (i.e. it deducted state income taxes paid).
