The only problem I had was there was a issue I couldn't figure out. It was hard to understand the problem. But I think I got it handled okay.
What's great about it: explain everything love it!
What's not so great: when there was a problem it was hard to figure out where it was at first.

Few difficulties encountered

On the whole is very good, but step by step is cumbersome, thus use forms. It is difficult to understand business deduction for home for the first time.
What's great about it: Use last year's return as prototype, and items in forms remind you for items last year
What's not so great: No clear guidance given for using home as business deduction.

Form View Essential
on April 7, 2014

I buy the locally running, CD version of TurboTax only because the online version does not have Form View. I need/like to click in to the forms when I'm checking over and tweaking my return. The walkthrough interview style for getting started is just fine but when it comes time to go back, check on things, tweak or add various items that style becomes incredibly tedious. Clicking though the same questions over and over again to get to the right spot. Form View helps with this because you can find the location in the form and simply change a number. But, actually, even this is not perfect--one is never entirely sure that the override isn't messing something else up. The real point here is that I think most people do their taxes in two or three passes and it's those second and third passes that deserve a little more attention as to how they flow. Intuit has the first pass down very nicely, but I think there could be some improvements for those successive passes where one may want to go back to a specific point over and over to run what-if scenarios.
What's great about it: Like the walkthrough on first pass
What's not so great: Don't Like the walkthrough on successive passes
