What's great about it: Much improved smoothness / navigation
What's not so great: Does not list imports from small local institutions. Never got an answer from my posted question. Must have gotten lost
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Not User Friendly

Some areas that should have been entered from previous entries were not entered. I tried to print a copy to preview before I e-filed and the program would not let me do this easily. I thought I had already e=filed and got back into program and found out that the e=file had not been completed. Other years were extremely user friendly and easy, but this year seemed difficult at best.

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 15 years an as always I am very happy with the performance of this product. I always recommend turbo Tax to any one I talk with about tax software.
What's great about it: not having to follow guide help all the time
What's not so great: All the updates they just keep comming

I've used Turbo Tax for ten or more years to "organize" my numbers. Have also used it to complete friends and family tax returns. It's a great tool to give the Instant Robbery Service (IRS) the tax return they require from individuals and entities.
What's not so great: Hard to locate specific forms and once they are located there appears to be no way to exempt it from the filing.

GREAT program. Accurate and easy to use. There seem to be unique Mac issues. Even though I had downloaded all updates, it would not validate when I tried to e-file. tried several times then put my issue into help and immediately found solution. I love Turbo Tax and recommend it all the time!
What's great about it: Accurate and easy to use.
What's not so great: Mac issues when I tried to file. Logged off, back on and return validated and e-filed.

Filing taxed this year was painless compared to previous years where I did them manually. I took me about eight hours less time overall... well worth the price of the software. I'll be using TurboTax next year!
