Remember my answers, please!

It is frustrating that when I go back to review my return some of the radio buttons that I had selected are no longer highlighted. That means that I have to again read the question and decide on the answer. That is very very frustrating especially for questions that are not simple or intuitive. Please fix this and remember what I entered next year.

Was not really clear about how to handle my single member LLC with regards to relocating to FL. I contacted a CPA friend of mine who provided clarity.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Program did not restart after downloading updates

I've used TurboTax for years. It's easy to use and fast to complete. By automatically inputting everything from the year before, it saves tons of time in research and error correction.
What's great about it: TurboTax is easy to use. Just follow the steps.

Turbo-Charged

Whenever I realized I left out a deduction such as another charitable contribution, navigating back to the screen where that item is entered is difficult. Also, when navigating forward to go back to where I was, I had to repeat too many steps to get there.
Many of the NY refundable credit claim forms, such as IT-241, are not electronic, so they prevent the NY return from being filed electronically if the taxpayer wants the refund. IT-241 should be electronic since NY requires all fuel oil to contain bio-fuel. All taxpayers who heat with oil in NY are elegible for that credit, so they shouldn't be prevented from e-filing if they want to claim it.
What's great about it: The interview asks everything.
What's not so great: Navigating backwards is difficult. NY Form IT-241 isn't electronic
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Although most everything was clearly written, some windows were a bit confusing and I though some extra help could be provided such as definitions for terms that the average user may not understand.
What's great about it: step by step, easy, and written with a reasurring tone
What's not so great: could not print screens, some confusing instructions
