Austin (technician) was very professional and patient with me as he walked me thru the filing process over the phone.
What's great about it: once my computer accepted the updates it was good

I have used this product for years without any trouble. I find this is the best way to do my and my childrens taxes.

Irritated with TurboTax this year

I have used TurboTax since 2002. This year, I had more problems than all previous years combined. Somehow, the program thought I had a farm and forced me to screens where I could not answer yes or no. I have never had to go around the questions and enter directly on the forms before. Did not like the multiple pushing of "Audit Defense".
What's great about it: familiar
What's not so great: difficult to correct entries

What I like best about Turbo Tax is being guided step-by-step preparing my taxes...making a complex process manageable.

This year I was working with multiple state situation and what a pleasent surprise to find out I was not alone!!
