The software was easy to use and easy to update. The sections for income and deductions was very thorough and detailed. The questions were short and to the point! Liked very much importing from previous year.
After software updates, found it cumbersome to get to the exact point where I left off before update.
What's great about it: Detailed, easy, and fast.
What's not so great: Backtracking after software update was cumbersome.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years now! Never an error or problem! I love Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: SIMPLE SIMPLE SIMPLE! I LOVE THAT ALL MY INFORMATION IMPORTS FROM PREVIOUS YEARS
What's not so great: HAVE TO PAY TO EFILE STATE RETURNS
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It is great how it transfers information from previous years and that make it super simple/easy to do! Love the help with the "Easy Guide".

TurboTax was very simple and straightforward to use. TurboTax automatically figured out how to get me the maximum refund based on my deductions!
