Thanks! You do a great job helping us simply a tax code that is way too cumbersome. We learn from Turbo Tax each year as we attempt to connect the dots to the IRS codes and forms.

Overall satisfactory. We'll probably use it again next year.
What's great about it: Made tax calculation -- especially worksheets -- easy.
What's not so great: Made several entry errors which we had to correct. it is not an erasy site to navigate.

I have used turbo tax for over 10 years and have always been happy with the ease of navigation. I will continue until I no longer have to file taxes

Quick & Easy!

Turbo Tax gets more user friendlier every year. This year I was able to do my personal and business returns in 2.5 hrs, when in previous years I had spend over 4 hrs. Instructions are easy to follow, the language is simple with no techinicalities. I highly reccommend it!

Would like to be able to print a hard copy of my taxes. Have never been able to do that yet. This will be my wife and i forth year using turbo tax and i would really like to get that issue figured out. Love the software very user friendly.
What's great about it: User freandly
What's not so great: Help desk needs to be a little quicker

My 2013 tax "adventure" kept me in the pink !!

This is my 3rd year of filing my taxes via TurboTax.
I have encouraged so many of my friends and co-workers to use this excellent filing system. I told them each, I would come over and help if they got "stuck". I was never called to help. Instead, I received positive feedback and appreciation for turning them on to Turbo Tax.

Good Filing Experience, One Question

form 8199 showed up at the end of my federal review.....but there was no way to track why TT added the form, looking for Canadian retirement income.
Suggest you add a 'referral' or 'referenced ' form and line hat is the cause/source of the included step...using this 8199 as an example....
What's great about it: Easy, thorough, seamless
What's not so great: No way to track inferred forms...
