Love TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax for years and appreciate the convenience.
What's great about it: It's easy and efficient, I feel confident in the results
What's not so great: I would prefer more freedom to skip around more and not have to go through questions repeatedly when I make changes

was disappointed that I have to mail the NY return just because IT 241 is not supported.
What's great about it: Easy to walkthru and complete

I have a fairly complicated tax situation due to three or four different avenues of income and Turbo Tax makes it all so easy to just get it done and get it done right.

2013 tax review

works ok until it's time to file. every year I can't electronically file my MS state return. I end up printing and mailing off both (fed & state) returns.
What's great about it: seemed simple
What's not so great: allways a problem filling MS state electronic returns. Had to print and mail both again this year

Excellent and Efficient

I have been using TurboTax for several years now and it saves me time and expense over using an accountant. With all the safeguards built into the program, it is hard to make mistakes. I will continue to use the program.
What's great about it: Walked through all the data entry easily.
What's not so great: Necessary to update TurboTax so accurate info can be entered.
