Love Turbo tax

I've used Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and I have a schedule C and about 20 rental properties. When I have used the "Expert" for help - which is about every other year, they have been wonderful and well worth the modest charge. I get stuck on areas I don't use often like converting an IRA or selling a property. Very patient and professional.
My one gripe is that the questions to qualify me as a real estate professional are asked at the beginning of that section and again for each property, and if I go back to edit a number somewhere they are all asked again. I don't see a way to skip them.

I'll 100% recommend using turbo tax..all these years of trusting other people and so fast and easy!
What's great about it: user friendly
What's not so great: sitting in front of a computer all day

No Sweat

This was very easy for me and I have a small business. It was easy because I keep my receipts and have an envelope at the end of the year that I put all my 1099's etc into.
What's great about it: Easy if you keep records
What's not so great: Some tax lingo

I still need to file a Missouri state return. Tell me how I can get one free state tax return since your system wouldn't let me file two Kansas returns without charging me.
What's great about it: helpful and easy to use to use
What's not so great: I was supposed to get one free state tax return. can't seem to get it!!!

Accurate and Efficient.

While forms were delayed and many updates were made process was smooth and uneventful. The request for form availabilty dates by email did not work. However, all necessary forms to acheive filing were made available well before deadline. Our 1st e-filing as of this year was made convenient through efficient IRS-filing-pins acquisition and easy to understand instructions. All-in-all Turbo-tax allowed as good an experience as one can hope for given the complexities and effort necessary to file one's taxes.
What's great about it: Step-by-step Q/A through all tax categories.
What's not so great: Forms arrival later than usual (assumed due to IRS availability).
