I've been using Turbo Tax since 2007 and have been able to count on it to help me with my taxes every year since then. It is so simple to use even with my multiple businesses past and present. I love how it walks me through the process according to my pace and desire and makes sure I don't miss a single deduction. I love Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Ease of use, lots of online support
What's not so great: Need more guidance to correct the errors
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

17 Years with Turbo Tax

Every year this product keeps getting better.
I was a little surprised when I tried to claim my sales tax for big purchases and it told me that the forms hadn't been updated yet. So I had to tell it to update even though I just installed and updated the same day.

Overall, using TurboTax was easier this year than in past years. I'll use it again next year!

What's not so great: why is foreign tax so difficult this year if you want a credit rather than a deduction?
