great program

great program but was somewhat difficult to make a change to the cost basis for the sale of my rental property; would be nice to have a worksheet to have made this change easier; the worksheets are a great feature of the program
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: sometimes difficult to go directly to an entry when you need to make a change

Great Product

I had a typo and my return was rejected. Turbo tax even walked me though fixing it.
What's great about it: This product is amazing! It walks you through everything!
What's not so great: None.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Tried to Income average and it just didn't work, I admit part of it is me, but online help didn't help

Font Mishap

I had to transfer fonts from another computer. According to my computer, the downloadable font file from Microsoft had a virus.

The Best of theh Best

I wouldn't use any other tax preparation program at this time; however, Turbo Tax is costly for a 2nd state download and for filing state returns. Turbo Tax needs to reevaluate their state costs, especially since states offer free electronic filing through their web sites. I wouldn't mind paying up to $ 20.00 for a 2nd state download and $10.00 for electronic filing of the state form; more than these amounts seems high. If the current prices go any higher, I will have to reconsider using the Turbo Tax program.
What's great about it: Easy to use; thorough
What's not so great: Cost, especially for second state download and state filing fee

Quick and Easy

Great tool for the layman who knows not much about the tax filing process. Asks all the questions and in words where it is easy to understand.
