Saved me Time and Money

Turbo Tax is the easiest and least complicated method I have ever used, professionally or personally. They are the only tax preparation company I trust.
What's great about it: The ease of doing my taxes
What's not so great: needs an easier method of amending returns

Very complete and helpful Software

Absolutely a very accurate, detailed, efficient & helpful way of entering your information and filing your Returns. Each and every other person that I've talked to, who have also used Turbo Tax, have also been very pleased and satisfied with their results.
What's great about it: Step By Step as Guided very helpful
What's not so great: Can't think of any "Cons".

Seen better TurboTax in other years

Program does not highlight double entries e.g.. enter a 1099-DIV entry; then download data from one of your listed brokers. In two cases it downloaded and entered on dividends page exactly the same amount with same label entry as you had already entered from 1099-DIV. This caused double entries for same amount, which were not found in the review process. Program should high lite these entries to correct. Program does poor job in what will be downloaded from brokers and what occurs with the imported data. Poor job in determining estimated taxes.
What's great about it: Good job with forms
What's not so great: Inadequate final reviews

2013 TurboTax

I have used TurboTax for many years. It is easy to use and I especially like the step-by-step instructions. I also like the switch to forms view to "make sure" things are placed correctly on the forms. This gives me great comfort and assurance that it's correct.

can't efile

this is a very expensive piece of software and guarantees I can e-file my return, however after a month of continuing to try to submit the efile and turbo tax not transmitting it I am printing and mailing in. VERY disappointing and frustrating!!!!

Excellent Software Tool!!

TurboTax software is a great tool for personal and business. It walks you through all the forms necessary to file.
I love the ability to import from Quickbooks for my self-employed business. I use to use an accountant but this is even easier to fill out the appropriate information - plus a huge savings!!!
Importing from my investment accounts also was a breeze and saved alot of time from entering all the required information.
What's great about it: Easy, step by step. Walks through everything needed to file.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
