getting friendly with Turbo tax every year

overall helpful but hard to connect with Q&A in internet...I hope you guys have more "explain" option as we doing our tax to click and read IRS rules and examples...hope you have more "help" for military personnels and to claim expenses
What's great about it: step by step
What's not so great: no personal interaction and internet help down
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Making things easier

When revisiting information entered previously on the return, the screens should always show the information entered previously or the choice selected. This happens for some screens, but not all. Sometimes this causes the user to have to go back needlessly to his records or notes, or to access worksheets, to make sure the information that's required to be entered a second time matches the information entered previously. Even if the user decided not to re-enter the information and simply continue, it still would be helpful to be able to see what the user entered or chose previously.
What's not so great: During the process of revisiting entries, the revisited screens should always show the previous entry or choice .

I've been using Turbo Tax for eight years now. I used to pay an accountant a LOT of my hard-earned money to do my taxes. Turbo Tax makes it easy!

Good software for tax dummies

Excellent tax software that anyone can use with confidence that it's correct. In the 10plus years I've been using TurboTax, this is the first year that I've had to use the business version. I downloaded the upgrade to get what I needed and it worked great.
What's great about it: Easy guide is great
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

MAKES IT EASY TO FILE YOUR RETURN EVEN WITH INVESTMENTS THE PROCESS IS EXPLAINED WELL AND YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF.
What's great about it: GOOD FOR KEEPING TRACK OF INVESTMENTS

I'm tired! It's 4 am!

As a Consultant working for URS, I travel often and work out of my home state more than in Nevada! Also, I support DOE HQ through my own one man show. Finally, as a retired military officer, when a state where I've worked for a few months tries to go after income from the retirement and/or the HQ job or the URS work done in another state through arcane "apportionment" formulas, I get a little aggravated! Can you fix those situation so they make more sense?
What's great about it: Great program
What's not so great: Still a few spots that are obtuse!

makes taxes for non-tax minded me relatively easy. great that W2s and last year's taxes transferred into this years.
What's great about it: transfers last year's info;easy step by step
What's not so great: none really
