A little complicated

To make it more easy to follow the question or what to put in the boxes. It should be a more detailed explanation for people that do not have knowledge of taxes acronyms.
Give more examples on each box. We are in the electronic age. So it should not be a problem.
What's great about it: the questions are good

Turbo Tax was simple, easy to use and understandable.
What's great about it: The program was easy to use and walked me through each step. Information was easy to understand.

I've been using TurboTax for the last six years and I have NO reason to use any other tool! Love TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easy to Use, Accurate, Intuitive

Good program

I was impressed to recover the files I lost on my external drive when I had to install Turbo Tax again on my hard drive since my external drive files were corrupted and I was unable to open them, Thank you for saving my life.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: does not update on time
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
